The Young Lawyers Section will be hosting a CLE with Speaker Franchesca Hamilton-Acker. This CLE will provide an overview and introduction to CINC Basics including but not limited to: Children’s Attorneys Eligibility, Standards and Duties, Overview of the Child in Need of Care Court process and Navigating through the Court proceedings up to permanency. This is a FREE event and lunch will be included.
